Investment strategy is to maintain a diversified portfolio of unlisted and AIM or PLUS quoted investments which offer excellent growth prospects and, therefore, the opportunity for capital gains in the medium and longer term while maintaining VCT qualifying status. The Company does not currently utilise gearing in making its investments but, as the Company becomes more fully invested, the Board considers that it may be appropriate to take advantage, on a selective basis, of its ability to borrow up to an amount equivalent to 10% of NAV in pursuit of the investment strategy.
