Listed on the LSE in April 2015, its main markets are property finance, business finance and consumer. The former is geared towards the specialist residential investment and commercial property market and to professional property investors and SME owner-occupiers. The business finance unit meanwhile provides funding for SMEs soft and critical business assets. It provide finance to smaller UK financial institutions through wholesale and block facilities. The consumer arm offers tailored products directly and through strategic partners.
