Investment strategy is to build a diversified portfolio of unlisted and AIM investments which offer strong growth prospects and therefore the opportunity for capital gains in the medium to longer term, while maintaining VCT qualifying status. The Company does not currently utilise gearing in making its investments but the Board may elect to take advantage on a selective basis of its ability to borrow up to 15% of Net Asset Value in pursuit of the investment strategy.
