A Lesotho-focused diamond producer, its flagship asset is the 75%-owned Liqhobong diamond mine located in that country´s Highlands. The government of Lesotho owns the remaining stake in Liqhobong. The outfit also owns assets in Finland, in the form of the Lahtojoki mine. Firestone Diamond´s strategic medium-term goal is to become a mid-tier diamond producer through the development of Liqhobong, targetting production of 1.0m carats of diamonds per year by 2017.
