Tritax Big Box confirms Q1 dividend
Tritax Big Box REIT declared a first-quarter interim dividend of 1.675p per share, to be paid on 11 June.
Shareholders will receive the payout as a property income distribution, with the ex-dividend date being 24 May.
Directors said they are targeting an aggregate dividend of 6.7p pence per ordinary share for the full year, up 4.7% over the total paid for 2017.
