Netcall sees 'significant' revenue, earnings growth

Callcentre software provider Netcall on Monday said first half trading was in line with management expectations, showing "significant" double-digit growth in both revenue and adjusted EBITDA.
This was a result of good underlying organic growth and a maiden contribution from MatsSoft, the cloud-based low code software company acquired by Netcall in August 2017, Netcall said. Shares in the company rose after the announcement.

"In particular, revenue from Netcall's cloud-based offerings show significant growth, in line with the board's strategy of capitalising on the rapidly growing SaaS market," it added.

"Netcall continues to experience good demand for its Liberty platform and is already seeing the benefit of the MatsSoft acquisition with the first cross sales into Netcall's customer base, as well as new customer acquisitions."

Chief executive Henrik Bang said: "We are seeing positive effects of the MatsSoft acquisition which is resulting in significant market interest and has delivered cross sales and new customer acquisitions. We also continue to capitalise on the rapidly growing cloud market. As a result, the Group's recurring revenue profile continues to build, which combined with a strong sales pipeline and a significant market opportunity, leaves the Board confident in a successful year as a whole."
