GAN signs simulated gaming deal with Pearl River Resort operator

Internet gaming solutions provider GAN said it had signed a deal with the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians to supply the Pearl River Resort operator with software solutions for its US casinos.
As a result, the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians will become the 14th US casino operator to license GAN's US Patent to permit its patrons to link reward cards to online simulated gaming accounts.

Dermot Smurfit, GAN's chief executive, said: "We are enormously privileged to bring one of America's largest and most vibrant Native American casino resort properties online with our Simulated Gaming solution. Pearl River Resort is the largest casino resort in the Mississippi gaming region and we anticipate their audience of patrons will engage heavily with Simulated Gaming."

Pearl River Resort is a major gaming destination for residents of Mississippi and Alabama offering 1,000+ hotel rooms together, with over 2,400 slot machines, 69 table games, 14 table elevated poker room, and bingo room which seats up to 306 players.

The Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians also own and operate the Silver Star Hotel and Casino, Golden Moon Hotel and Casino, Dancing Rabbit Golf Club, and the Geyser Falls Water Theme Park,

William Johnson III, interim president of the Band, said, "We selected GAN for its proven success in helping casino properties to offer online gaming and for its capability to embed our on-property rewards program into an online experience."

As of 1400 BST, shares had were up 5.51% to 36.40p.
