Euromoney unit inspected as part of EU paper probe
Business publisher Euromoney on Tuesday confirmed its RISI unit had been hit with a surprise inspection by the European Commission as part of a probe into the cardboard and paper sack industry.
RISI provides "actionable insight" on the global forest products industry.
Euromoney said RISI was "committed to working fully with the Commission during this process".
The commission said last year it had would be making unannounced inspections to companies in the kraft paper industry, looking for price-fixing and customer allocation.
